"No support prior to suicide"

In April my this year my twin sister was in full blown crisis. Delusional. Suicidal. Risk to herself and others. Weird how every service involved in her life was concerned. Her entire family. Yet because she didn't know what was real anymore and what wasn't and couldn't tell you herself she was ill yet it was abundantly clear to all around her she was denied any help as usual from the NHS and left to end her life thinking no one ever cared and every one was trying to harm her.

We found the doctors heartless and cold with no remorse or pity for the family and the pain they have caused. Tried calling to speak to manager. Was denied this opportunity because they didn't want to give me the name of the psychiatrist for fear I might take legal action after her passing. Seems they wanted to cover it all up.
