About: Rampton Hospital

(as a service user),

i struggled yesterday with my mental health and wanted to leave the nurse led at the DRC. There were no nursing staff to facilitated me to go back to the wards.

Hello,

I am so sorry you felt like this. Due to low staffing the ward staff were unable to facilitate taking you back when you wanted to at that time.

If you would like to speak to me about activities or support you would like to do during nurse led, I can arrange this for you.
