"Thank you for being a life line"

About: Inclusion Thurrock (Talking Therapies)

(as a service user),

In the hardest moments of my life, Abi was there, offering me a safe space to be heard and understood. Her patience, kindness, and empathy made all the difference. She guided me through my depression, anxiety, and the challenges of misophonia, always providing tools that allowed me to face what once felt impossible. Thanks to her support, I’ve gained a new sense of confidence and calm. I am profoundly grateful for her unwavering dedication and the positive changes she’s helped me achieve. Thank you, Abi, for being a lifeline when I needed it most.

It is wonderful to hear that Abi was able to support you during your hardest moments. Offering compassion, kindness, and understanding is something we aim to achieve at Inclusion Thurrock and from the sounds of it Abi was able to do this for you and more.

Through the skills you learnt with Abi and her support; you have been able to become confident and face the challenges of life. Which is amazing! I am glad Abi was able to be the support you needed and that you were able to gain new understanding whilst achieving the goal of, making necessary changes in your life.

Your wonderful feedback is greatly appreciated and we will let Abi know of the amazing, positive impact she has had on you!
