This Dunfermline Unit is amazing: clean, calm, well organised, and smooth running.
The staff were cheerful and kind at every level, showing respect for dignity, explaining the processes knowledgeably and ready to answer any questions or concerns as the day went on.
The surgical procedure was expertly conducted with superb aftercare and follow-on.
The tea and buttered toast were delicious, too!
Everyone was so nice, a huge thank you to all.
