"Very poor service"

About: Manor Hospital

Went for a routine walk in blood test today . Could not believe the que . Poor chemotherapy patients having to sit in the same room. The staff on duty were rushed off their feet. While I noticed four so called managers standing about trying to look important. It took me 2 hours from joining the que to leaving . The line was far longer when I left so goodness how long some people were waiting . I understand that GPs are sending patients for these test but how can you expect those 4 phlebotomist and one receptionist to cope under that much pressure. No wonder staff are on burn out .
