Thanks for your post and suggestion.

We are launching a New Timetable of workshops, groups, and holistic therapies on 7th January, one of which will be a workshop called 'Thrive'. This provides sessions focussed on learning to remain and maintain recovery, build resilience and reconnect with the community.

Please speak to your Recovery Worker and discuss whether it is appropriate for a referral to be made for when this par6ticuklar workshop start.

Wishing you well in your recovery journey!
