"My GP genuinely seemed to have care and compassion"

About: General practices in Ayrshire & Arran

(as a service user),

My GP called for a routine repeat prescription assessment.

The assessment was fairly straightforward however Dr Farrell took the time to check in on my mental wellbeing whilst on the phone.

This was over and above what was required from this contact, he genuinely seemed to have care and compassion.

I won’t go into the details, just wanted to express my thanks.
