"Thank you for this continued care"

During a phone call appointment to follow up on my Long Covid health Lyndsay, the care practitioner laughed a few times, she could tell in my voice that my vitality had returned. 

When I first started attending sessions, I was a shadow of my former self. Luckily I became stronger. 

Unfortunately, my mood dipped and was very dark. My Dr was informed, by Lindsay they instantly offered me an appointment, but my care practitioner Lyndsay followed up to check on my progress. 

Not only had I returned to my former buoyant self, but Lyndsay was so very happy for me. 

Thank you for this continued care. 

Unfortunately some people don't know they can get the care or maybe it is not offered where they live. Thank you Doncaster for resourcing this service it has been a life changer for me.
