I met Dr Smith when i was at a low point and very anxious during my 4th pregnancy.
The referral to maternal and neonatal psychology service was so quick, within 1 week I was assessed. Dr Smith has supported me so well throughout my journey and to help me accept and understand past events.
Dr Smith takes time to listen-showing empathy and uses excellent open communication skills- which helped me to feel supported and valued during our consultations.
Dr Smith was able to tailor resources to allow me to support and help myself out with our appointments. the use of near me and flexible appointments really helped with childcare and working arrangements.
