"7 Night Stay"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / GI and Liver Inpatients

(as the patient),

Taken into hospital to be looked after by the GI Team for 7 nights. Apart from the consultants, very little was good. I felt improvements could have been made to the food, hygiene, and staff attentiveness and interaction.

I am sorry to learn that you have experienced a difficult time in your 7 day stay. I appreciate that this must be causing you a lot of concern.

I would like to look in to this further to try and assist you. If you wish for me to do so you can make contact with the Patient Experience Team by telephone on 01315363370 (Mon - Fri 9am to 2pm) who will direct your concern to the service for investigation.
