I was anxious before I came here because I didnt know what to expect. On arrival I felt welcomed and at ease. Realised how friendly and caring all the staff were. Enjoyed being here and Im happy with what was done for me.
One of the negatives were that I would have preferred to have a TV in my room during the whole detox. The other negative is that the shower rooms are set out a bit wrong, for example the toilet roll holder is too close to the shower itself. It would have been good to have a shed or shelter to vape under.The food was amazing. Staff were very understanding. The communication between myself and nurses /doctor were amazing. I made comfortable to talk to about my problems and question.
