My heart is SO full of admiration & affection for NHS staff so I thought that it was not possible to admire NHS workers even more, yet Aisling was such outstanding, professional, reliable,& acting lifesavers who have made the most appreciated difference by preventing the deterioration of & easing the anxiety of housebound and elderly patients.

You so much deserve even more success & the very best of health & safety always.

Thank you so much for taking the time and sharing such heartwarming reflections and positive experiences having contacted the Access & Information Service.

Your kind words and sentiment are very much appreciated and I will take great delight as we approach the end of another busy week to share your encouraging praise and thanks with Aisling and the team.

Our staff team work hard day in and out to support older people 65+, actively listening, navigating and connecting to services and supports to meet individual health and social care needs,

I am delighted to hear of the difference being able to talk to our staff team has made to your personal circumstance.
