(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have spent the last 3 weeks in Cloughreagh House in Bessbrook.  I want to say how much I have benefited from being here, I am now so much better and ready to go home although I am feeling very apprehensive about it.

The one good thing is that the physios and other therapists will be calling with me at home to help with any issues I may have and to complete my rehabilitation, this is reassuring for me. 

The staff here in Cloughreagh have been so kind and caring and had great patience with me as when I first came in I was very slow with any movement. The kitchen/dining staff have been brilliant, they are all very helpful and friendly. 

I would be happy to come back again if I ever need it.

I am delighted that you feel you have benefited from your time here and that the care and support has been valuable to you. I am glad that the Cloughreagh team were able to be a part of your recovery journey and hopefully others will read your story and consider using our service too.

I will share your positive feedback with both the staff team here in Cloughreagh and the AHP staff who supported you with your exercises and will continue to support you on your rehab journey post discharge. It is good that you welcome their input and that their support reassures you for going home.
