Caring is a Calling.
I recently spent 2 weeks in Cloughreagh Rehab following knee surgery. The staff are so professional in their care for those transitioning from hospital to home. This is a very vulnerable time and the encouragement and care given is beyond measure. Each patient treated according to their individual needs. I only have the highest praise for this facility which I also experienced 2 years ago. It is a hidden gem in a haven of tranquillity.
However people, visitors and some ambulances have difficulty finding this hidden gem. No one likes driving around for hours trying to find this treasure. Please bring this to the attention of powers to be. I intend to write to the Council for a sign to be placed on the Millvale/Camlough Road.
A Memory Clinic is also located in this building and again people have experienced difficulty finding it. I appreciate a sign is on the wall entrance outside the the gates but I feel it should be on the main road. People find it hard to believe that Cloughreagh is situated in a housing estate and this adds to the confusion when trying to find it.
Again my sincere thanks to everyone who made this facility available, but why hide a gem like Cloughreagh.
