"Exceptional care"

I was recently under the care of Ward 9B at Raigmore Hospital and I cannot express my gratitude for such a wonderful in-hospital experience.

I felt I had been passed from pillar to post in the community but the minute I contacted Ward 9B, their care was excellent and second to none.  I was looked after so well by all the staff and everyone was so attentive and caring. 

I was very unwell and feeling really down with it all as it is in ongoing issue but the staff took time out to speak to me and reassured me so well that my physical symptoms have not only settled for now, but my mental health has improved with their care and kindness. 

A very special shout out to the Charge Nurse, Louise who is running a wonderful ward and went above and beyond for me. I would like to thank everyone who looked after me so well from Domestics, to HCSWs, nursing staff, Registrars and Consultants.
