Firstly, many thanks for taking the time to provide us with positive feedback following your recent outpatients physiotherapy appointment. I am delighted to hear that Kerri was supportive, helpful and understanding. It is so important to us that our patients feel this way and that we continually strive to provide a high standard of care within our department.

We really appreciate our patients taking the time to provide us with feedback as it allows us to evaluate the service we are providing and make changes and improvements where we need to.
