About: Craigavon Area Hospital / 1 North Cardiology Craigavon Area Hospital / Pre-operative Assessment

(as a service user),

I would just like to provide feedback to both the HCW who completed my ECG (cannot remember her name) and also the nurse Orlagh who completed my pre operative assessment. 

My care was excellent from start to finish no waiting around and blood tests completed with ease. 

I was treated with dignity when discussing my case with Orlagh who showed compassionate and that she genuinely cared regarding my case. 

Both ladies were kind to me and I appreciate that.
