"Our incredible A&E ..."

Had to go to Kingston A&E today after a private hospital procedure on my sinuses started bleeding and my blood pressure dropped. I felt really unwell but also very guilty to be using NHS services having gone private for the operation. I'm so grateful that I was seen very quicky, checked out thoroughly and treated with kindness by everyone. I noticed the other patients who were waiting were also treated quicky and with care even though there is a sign up saying the hospital is under extreme pressure today.
