"Felt it was a complete waste of time"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Gynaecology (Ward 49)

(as a service user),

Referred to menopause clinic by my gp - attended appointment - felt it was a complete waste of time - nurse led and advised they couldnt do anything and would now need to try to speak to consultant for advice and would try to phone me at a later date - meantime i just have to carry on as is

I would have thought that being referred to such a clinic, i would be seen by someone who could help me - not just go through the referral letter and advise me that they needed to try to speak to the consultant now
