I was recently admitted to Jubilee ward for surgery on my spine. The ward was lovely and clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful before and after surgery. I stayed in overnight and can not fault the care that I received.
The only bad thing that I came across was the lack of options for milk for the cereal for breakfast. I am lactose intolerant and the only milk they had was Almond or soya milk, which I can not drink because of the taste. Maybe just a plain lactose free milk drink could be an option.
Apart from that, everything was brilliant, and I am now home, recuperating. 10/10 for this ward and staff.
