"Kindness, professionalism and dedication"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Emergency Care University Hospital Wishaw / Medical Ambulatory Care

(as the patient),

Thank you to the incredible Nursing and Medical staff.

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to all the nursing, medical and support staff who looked after me recently. Being on the other side as a patient was a strange and humbling experience, but you all made a scary time so much less daunting.

In a time when the NHS often faces criticism, I want to highlight the incredible care I received. Your kindness, professionalism and dedication reminded me of the vital role we play in so many lives.

Thank you for going above and beyond not just for the medical treatment but also the emotional support. Your efforts make such a difference. You are true heroes. ❤️
