Efficient, professional caring staff.

I received notification of screening by text and kit arrived in post and notified of result 2 weeks later.

I received notification of flu jab and appointment made to co-inside with

5 yearly screening. Medical staff member who administed flu jab and screening was absolutely wonderful, professional and reassuring , even made me laugh to

release my nervous tension. She also did my blood pressure test etc. To update my records while I was there. Reception informed me the pharmacy across the road from the surgery does walk-in Covid injections. So I went and had my covid jab.

I feel the practice is proactive at encouraging and supporting us to be and stay healthy.
