"Unfit for purpose "

On Tuesday 19th of November I received a telephone call to say that an appointment had been made for me at Peterborough hospital for Sunday 24th of November at 12 noon and I would receive a letter from the hospital confirming this I also received a text from pioneer with details of the date and time of the appointment today Friday 22nd of November as no letter been received I phoned the hospital who knew nothing about it

I then called pioneer and was told the appointment had been cancelled because I had had been accessed previously no contact from anyone to inform me of this so I am left with two train tickets that are useless to me

Absolutely disgusting service
