From the moment I entered ward C25 I received a warm welcome. I was seen pretty much immediately and the anaesthetist had a chat to me, along with my brilliant neuro-ophthalmologist.
The care in the theatres was second to none, very attentive and the staff were able to allay my concerns. I felt safe and very cared for. In recovery the nurse was incredibly supportive and immediately dealt with my pain relief. Once back on the ward I was offered a cuppa and something to eat, and I was discharged promptly.
My surgeon, the theatre staff, the anaesthesiologist and the staff at C25 were awesome! Thank you so much for making me feel well cared for by a very competent team!!
