My wife arranged an emergency appointment this afternoon at warstones health centre as she had a bad cough. She registered on entering the building but then was kept waiting 40 minutes even though the doctor had no one with him. When she complained as they had obviously forgotten about her one of the receptionists giggled and thought it amusing that she hadn’t been seen .
The system of trying to make an appointment is very poor and in this case not helped by very poor staff who sit there doing nothing .
