"Waiting for telephone consultation"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

It is now afternoon and I have waited in all morning for a telephone consultation which was supposed to be first thing this morning.  They haven't called and I'm not satisfied at all.

This should have been an opthmology appointment where we discuss my treatment if necessary.  Tried to contact the department to find out what is happening to no avail. Very disappointing.
