The two young girls that were on reception on Friday afternoon were amazing. Very helpful and kind I was having a bad day the girl with the scarf cheered me up with her beautiful smile. They solved my problem straight away and helped me which was very kind as in the past I have had bad experience with the staff on reception. Very pleased with the service I received from them
