My name is Kerry and I am the Quality and Governance Manager at Change Grow Live Birmingham.

I’m so glad that you have had a positive experience of using support from our service that is based at Lonsdale House.

It sounds like you have been on a long journey to recovery, and I am aware that getting there can be really challenging. I have no doubt that you have had to put a lot of hard work into getting where you are today and I hope you feel proud of all of your achievements to date.

Your feedback about Matt was lovely to read. He is aware of your kind words, which have also been shared with his Team Leader who has given him praise for the way in which he has supported you.

We really value our volunteers who have lived experience, as they can help to provide others with the hope that recovery is possible.
