"Medical staff care"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Acute assessment unit Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Clinical assessment unit Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Medicine Forth Valley Royal Hospital / General medicine Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Outpatients Antibiotic Therapy (OPAT)

(as a relative),

My wife was admitted 2 AAU via ambulance mid September with infection. Someone thought we need to administer IV Antibiotics immediately, this saved her life. The care given later in ward A31 was brilliant and Opthalmologist Dr Burgess drained infection from right eye twice, that saved her eye. After further treatment in Edinburgh Royal infirmary Mary was transferred back to FVRH again to Ward A31 where fantastic exemplary care was continued by Doctors and nursing staff.  After 3 weeks she is now in great  care of Day Clinic receiving IV antibiotics every day again saving her life!

I'm afraid I cannot remember all Medical,  Ward and Day clinic staff names attending my wife but here are some.   Gary, Clair,  Monica and Doreen and Isobel and Kath n DC.  A31 Ward sister Rosario also first class as were auxiliary staff.

On behalf of our family and friends thank you all.
