"Such an excellent service"

The service was nothing short of excellence.  What impressed me most is the staff are all in good form, they clearly like the job they are doing and are happy doing it.  That spreads out throughout the whole operation, there is a pleasant inviting atmosphere and you immediately feel welcome and comfortable. 

The food is exceptional, plenty of choice and I really enjoyed it. The bedroom was comfortable, it was small but adequate for my needs. I usually use the internet a lot but unfortunately the WIFI service in Cloughreagh was unreliable. When connected it was ok but dropped off very quickly and then it was a struggle to reconnect. In this day and age there should be an adequate internet service, the current service was not acceptable. 

I also benefited from the companionship of other residents and had some great conversations with them,  I feel this is a very important aspect of the service. 

I would definitely recommend Cloughreagh to others and if offered they should take up the opportunity to come and I'm sure they will not be disappointed. 

I want to finish by saying I am very proud of the NHS, that they are providing such an excellent service in my local area.
