"Worked her magic to make it very comfortable"

About: WestMARC (Forth Valley) / Adult Wheelchair Clinic

(as a service user),

The lovely Amy came out to help me with my new wheelchair. She went above and beyond and asked me lots of questions about the wheelchair and worked her magic to make it very comfortable and to my needs.

Any questions I had for Amy she answered and had a solution for any worries I had. I wasn’t expecting much but I got more than I could’ve hoped for.

She also made the effort to communicate and let me read her lips as I am deaf.

Thank you Amy

Dear VSvs

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. It’s wonderful to hear about the exceptional care and support Amy provided while helping you with your new wheelchair.

Going above and beyond to ensure your wheelchair was comfortable and tailored to your needs reflects the dedication and compassion we strive for in patient care. It’s especially heart warming to hear how Amy took the time to answer all your questions, address your concerns, and make the extra effort to communicate in a way that met your needs as a deaf individual.

Your feedback highlights the difference that thoughtful, personalised care can make, and we will ensure that Amy receives your kind words. She will be thrilled to know how much her efforts meant to you.

Thank you once again for taking the time to share your story. We wish you all the best with your new wheelchair and your ongoing care.,

Kind regards

Kevin
