"They gave me clear guidance on how to help me"

About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute) / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I visited A&E at Northampton General Hospital on Friday 29th November 2024 at around noon.

I arrived in agony from muscle spasms and severe backpain. The care I received was second to none and every care worker that helped me was second to none. All the staff was always smiling and each time they approached me was with sympathetic and caring.  

The medical team who helped me from the HCAs to the Staff Nurses and doctors was amazing. 

The names of the staff are:

Obinna - HCA

Princes - Staff Nurse

Eunice - Staff Nurse

Dr  Jasim - Doctor

I would like to know that all named will be recognised and should be congratulated on there manner to every patient. They continued to smile and have a happy demeanor even though there were so many people that needed to be helped. 

They gave me clear guidance on how to help me with aftercare through my GP. 

I wish that staff at GP services, including the doctors, would take example from these four people. 

Thank you, guys, you are all amazing.
