I was put in a room where I was told to run my hand under cold water and was told to do it for 30 minutes and then I would receive a dressing. 30 mins had passed and then I waited

Another hour later and the same nurse hadn’t come to see me, then a doctor came and told me to go see the receptionist. The lack of communication frustrated me and I just left, in the same condition that I entered.
