"Worst practice-multiple time blood testing for…"

About: Yiewsley Family Practice

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this GP practice. After having a blood test in November and receiving the results, I was immediately asked to book another appointment for the exact same test-Non fasting blood test. This isn’t the first time this has happened—other members of my family have faced similar unnecessary requests.

When I tried to escalate the issue, it became evident that the practice simply doesn’t care about its patients. They are dismissive and unwilling to listen to concerns. The staff is also incredibly rude, making an already frustrating experience even worse.

This lack of organization and respect for patients’ time and well-being is unacceptable. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
