"Incorrect fitting and constant problems"

About: WestMARC (Forth Valley)

(as a service user),

I had to have my knee amputated. This was in February 2020 and to this day I have not had an above knee socket or prosthetic that fits or that I can wear comfortably.

I have waited excessive amounts of time for the wrong ones and I have another with a non fitting socket, after having to make 5 trips to have a revofit fixed again and again, this is after another non fitting socket from this cast.

As it has been almost 5 years, not the prosthetics but the workshop causing the issue. This is keeping me housebound and as a 39 year old I am a very active person, it is affecting my mental health and adhd and my ability to do absolutely everything as I also do not have a spare limb or wheelchair use able outside. This is far beyond a point of reasonable.
