About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

All of the staff, from the front desk to back of house, were all amazing!

I was put at ease straight away. Given all the information and all my personal details were checked more than once. 

I met everyone from the desk staff to the actual doctor conducting my procedure. Each and every one was friendly, polite and informative. 

When in recovery, I was looked after as if I was Royalty. From making sure I was OK, to bringing me Coffee and biscuits, and calling my husband to come collect me. I couldn't have been looked after as well as they all did. 

Thanks again Day Surgery staff morning staff. You are all AMAZING!! ❤️

Dear Toots72,

Many thanks for providing this lovely feedback following your recent surgery at UHH. All staff members working within the day surgery team work hard to promote and provide an environment were you feel comfortable. I'm pleased you were kept well informed throughout every stage of your experience and that you found staff to be friendly and polite. Coffee and biscuits are definitely well deserved when in recovery and the staff are always happy to provide these.

I appreciate you taking the time to share your journey and I'll pass on all your kind words to the team.
