"Urgent response"

About: Urgent Community Response Mid Hants

(as a relative),

My 95 year old Mother in law fell at a friend's house. We managed to get her up and cancelled the ordered ambulance.

Two nurse came from urgent response, Alison and another nurse. They were marvellous, we were very impressed. Thorough and kind, empathetic and clear. They listened to June. They didn't over treat or push her to do things she didn't want to do. (That was my concern).

This is such a good service and there is nothing like an experiencd nurse!

The nhs may be struggling but I would give today's care 10 out of 10.

I really appreciate you giving us feedback on your recent experience of our service. I'm delighted to hear that you would rate our care a 10/10. I will ensure that Alison hears your feedback (and shares with the nurse she was with). Good communication is so important and it's great to hear that time was taken to understand June's wishes. Wishing you all the very best.
