"Excellent care received"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Emergency Department Craigavon Area Hospital / Frailty Ward (Ramone Ward 1) Northern Ireland Ambulance Service / Emergency ambulance response

(as the patient),

I wish to thank the two ambulance personnel who transported me to CAH at the end of October 2024, for their excellent, professional care, the respect they showed me and their kindness and patience during my journey to the hospital.  The ambulance service was requested at approximately 10.00am and arrived at my home in a timely manner within 15 minutes of the call being made.

I also wish to thank the A&E Department staff for the diligent manner in which they undertook my care, arranging appropriate investigations in a timely fashion and securing my admission to Ward 1.

Lastly I wish to also thank the medical and nursing staff of Ward 1 for their excellent care and diagnosis, which resulted in an early discharge home on a Care Package.

I have no reason to suggest improvements in the service I received as I felt I was in the care of competent, professionals at all times.
