"An Appointment "

I don’t call doctors normally only when I feel it necessary, then to ask for an appointment and I’m asked what’s my medical emergency like it has to be built up like that, maybe I’m feeling low, have a personal issue I don’t want to discuss with a receptionist, then I say the doctor has told me to call as and when I need, to get an appointment, but because I didn’t want to tell them, there no appointments then, they said,

Utterly disgusting behaviour if I was a serial caller with no issues I’d get it, but my own well being is just been made worse by this organisation who have no empathy at all
