(as the patient),

I visited the EK Treatment room with Hunter Health Centre. I was treated kindly by the receptionist who placed me in the care of Lesley, the nurse who took my blood sample for testing. Lesley was very thorough in her mission to find out which bloods were to be taken as there was nothing noted on the form. Lesley persevered calling many other health clinics to find out what bloods to take. Lesley succeeded in this and then patiently tried and tried again until finally she managed to get blood from me. Always a difficult one. I was very grateful and I thank Lesley very much.
