"Extremely poor service"

I would simply like to say that I'm diagnosed with a SMI, my experience of extremely poor service in mental health providers right across the board , has proven to me  why tragedies are spilling onto our streets and hitting the headlines in the news.

I have been in situations where l have put my life and those of others at risk through no fault of my own, having been proactive in seeking help and describing symptoms.

I see the mental health systems in this country as broken and l feel that most of the professionals in this field would be extremely shocked if they could get in our heads, those of us who suffer and see what torment and desperation we experience with these horrendous symptoms, not to mention how we suffer at the hands of ignorant others who simply have no comprehension of our suffering and the degree of our needs.
