"Care level and treatment was brilliant"

I arrived early in the morning really anxious and apprehensive about the procedure. Staff were very efficient, I was not kept waiting. They were so lovely and done everything to put me at ease.   I opted for sedation, which is very light and you are totally aware of everything . The staff in the room were amazing, you do have some cramping at certain points but not all the way through and it is totally bearable. There is absolutely no pain.  You get a lovely cup of tea and toast afterwards.  I was told I have to go back for another one in 3 weeks and it's not causing me any stress at all.  Their care level and treatment  is brilliant. Worst part of whole procedure was prep the evening before.
