"They managed to be positive, light hearted & engaging"

About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

This is a story without drama .

My partner was admitted to the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital, Emergency Department on Thursday 12 November after a long night of chest pain that we had, very foolishly , expected to go away.

We were deeply impressed by the medical staff. All of them. They were obviously a highly dedicated  & cohesive team with innate professional skills

But what was really outstanding were the social skills. They managed to be positive, light hearted & engaging while never, ever, minimising the medical condition.

Many thanks to them
