"Staff were really helpful and understanding"

About: GP out of hours / Phone First

(as a service user),

Used the Phone First service Belfast Trust for the first time on Friday. Spoke to a lovely nurse called Bridget and the call handler was also very compassionate. Both staff were really helpful and understanding.

Was a very reassuring service to have and avoided an ED trip as the GP took on board their advice to be seen and facilitated an appointment.
