"What an amazing experience we had"

About: Rapid Response Teams / Rapid response team Derry/ Londonderry

(as a parent/guardian),

My son became unwell and was very anxious about having to stay in hospital, so the doctors at causeway hospital suggested attending the team at Rapid Response in Gransha Park Derry.

What an amazing experience we had!!

As my son was scared and anxious they made him feel so reassured and settled.

Such a friendly, warm and inviting place for anyone to attend. The team was so professional but also spoke to us in a terms that we could understand.

If I ever had to attend this practice again I would feel really happy to do so.

Amazing staff, amazing setting.

Dear Roshm552,

My name is Tina McCauley and I am clinical coordinator with the rapid response team in Gransha Park.

Thank you so much for sharing your son's healthcare journey and your experience of your son's care with us. I have shared your thoughts and praise with the team and they are delighted with your feedback. As a manager I am extremely pleased that you found our treatment hub to be warm, friendly and inviting.I am also glad that you wouldn't hesitate to return with your son for further treatments if needed. Hospital environments can be overwhelming at times and this is where community hub settings for daily care are really important.

I sincerely hope that your son's health has now returned to normal.

Wishing you a joyful Christmas and New Year,

Tina
