"He is a credit to the NHS"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Minor Injuries Unit

(as a relative),

My partner had to go to minor injuries as she had hurt her knee and was unable to weight bear. The emergency nurse practitioner who dealt with her was brilliant. Very down to earth, explained things in layman terms and made her feel at ease. His name was Roy and he is a credit to the NHS.

Thank you Roy

Hello Attendantkt73,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent experience at our Minor Injuries Unit. I’m delighted to hear that the care and attention your partner received were, in your words, "brilliant."

I will make sure Roy sees your feedback, as I know he will truly appreciate your kind words. As one of our longstanding Emergency Nurse Practitioners, Roy is indeed a great asset to our team, and it’s wonderful to know that he made such a positive impression during your visit.

I hope your partner is recovering well and wish you both a joyous Christmas and a healthy New Year. Thank you once again for your thoughtful message—take care!

Best regards,
Jamie
