"I was made to feel cared for"

About: Cowal Community Hospital (formerly Dunoon General) / Accident & Emergency Cowal Community Hospital (formerly Dunoon General) / Radiography

(as a service user),

Attended A&E with suspect fracture. Dept staff were friendly and I was made to feel cared for. I was even offered pain relief for the injury whilst waiting.

Similarly, the x-ray dept staff were excellent.

Everything was very well explained by the Doctor, and I left after careful strapping by nursing staff.

From arrival to departure about 90 minutes. Awesome!!

We are delighted to hear that you received such good care from everyone following your attendance.

Can you please refer to my previous response highlighted earlier today which I hope you received.

I can also confirm that you lovely feedback has been sent to the staff noted in your correspondence.
