(as a parent/guardian),

My sons annual hearing test at the royal Victoria hospital in Belfast level 7d was a great experience, the audiologist Victoria, was very informative and explained my sons hearing loss to him very effectively as well as how his hearing aids worked. He felt at ease and understood everything that was said. Nothing was left uncovered from how he was at school and chat about the teachers of the deaf, was great
