(as a service user),

Was asked to attend urgent care for early on Monday 25th to hopefully get an appointment for an MRI scan.

Met a wonderful nurse with pink hair called Lynsey who took immediate charge and managed to get me an appt, she then explained where to go and what to expect, told me after it was complete to go and have something to eat, and return to them to see consultant.

Very helpful consultant was given antibiotics for inflamed gallbladder.

At all times was treatment with the utmost respect from everyone. Well Done!
