"Calm, caring, considerate & compassionate"

About: Medicine for the Elderly

(as a relative),

Dr. Din was fantastic with my elderly mum and I today.

Calm, caring, considerate & compassionate. Put my mum at ease and made sure she was comfortable with everything that was being discussed. The extent of the assessments that were undertaken was reassuring for us both.

One tiny observation - patient's names are written on a white board in the waiting area. This means names can be seen by anyone in that area, I don't think this should happen as I believe individuals can be identified by public/staff.

Many thanks for your feedback, I have passed this along to Dr Din and she greatly appreciates your comments.

I have taken on board your feedback in regards to the patient names in waiting area and will work to find a more suitable alternative. Thank you for taking the time to share your views.
